This is PowerTye’s “Original Design” developed for the Motorcycle Industry in 1994. The Soft-Tye is sewn-in so you won’t lose it. This product is ideal for thicker Pro-Bars or a tight area not suitable for hooks. The Latch Hook on the adjustable end keeps your bike from falling over.
