Only the leather cover skin is provided. Once uninstalled the new one can be applied with adhesive, we use contact cement to install, we only apply it to the edges of the armrest and leather. There is quite bit of stretching involved to for a tight fit. Replace your bubbling, cracked or damaged center console lid armrest cover and make it look like new again.
